Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your prescriptions, appointments, or account status. Message frequency may vary based on your pharmacy activity and health needs.
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. BNR Pharmacy is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from BNR Pharmacy can be done in the following ways:
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list by calling (407) 601-1998 or emailing info@bnrpharmacy.com. If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.

All prescriptions must be valid and from licensed healthcare providers. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with prescribing physicians and may refuse to fill prescriptions that don't meet legal requirements. Controlled substances require additional verification and may have quantity limitations.
We are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your prescription and health information will be kept confidential and used only for legitimate healthcare purposes. Patient information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most insurance plans and will work with you to maximize your benefits. Co-pays and deductibles are due at time of pickup. We also accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed due to safety and regulatory requirements. Refunds may be considered for billing errors or insurance processing issues. Over-the-counter items may be returned within 30 days with receipt.

BNR Pharmacy's liability is limited to the cost of the medication or service provided. We are not responsible for adverse drug reactions when medications are used as prescribed, delays in delivery due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, or technical issues with SMS services.
